I spoke with National.. . if our patroller is a registered patroller – their user name is their patroller number, If they never signed on or forgot their password they can either call National at 1 (303) 988-1111 or send them an e-mail them at customercare@nsp.org {Send e-mail – it is easier}
If you created an account – that’s wrong! And the only way to be able to get them taken care of is thru Customer Care. Once you get signed in go to Customer Care (under Member Resources} as there is a plethora of videos and help to get you thru almost any process.
Additionally if our instructors need a new access code have them use this:
PEWNSP-NEUSS-ASOKA-SEDAN-TRASH-EANES
